Is the meat halal?
Yes. Super Butcher is an HMC certified halal butcher, so the beef, lamb and chicken carry the Halal Monitoring Committee mark. If you want to check the current certificate, ask at the counter or call the shop.
What are your opening hours?
We are open seven days a week: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 19:00, and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 to 21:00. The banner at the top of the page shows live whether the shop is open right now.
Can you cut meat to order?
Yes, that is what the counter is for. Steaks, chops, joints, diced and minced, cut and trimmed the way you want it. Tell the butcher what you are cooking and they will help you pick the right cut.
Do you do marinated and grill-ready meat?
Yes. Alongside the fresh counter we marinate meats in the shop, ready for the BBQ, grill, oven or pan when you get home. Chicken, lamb, kofte and kebab meat are usually on, and it is worth calling ahead for a larger BBQ order.
Can I order ahead or ask for a larger order?
Please do. For a particular cut, a roasting joint or a bigger order for a family gathering or the weekend, give the shop a call on 020 7241 4620 and we will have it ready.
